I hold the Wendell H. Ford Professorship in Public Policy and am an Associate Professor of Public Policy and Economics at the University of Kentucky. I also serve as the Associate Director of Martin School of Public Policy and Administration, where I am Director of Graduate Studies for the PhD and MPA programs. My research agenda includes questions about how public policy affects economic mobility and financial security, primarily focused on education.
